      Elvis Presley nickname ” The king of Rock and Roll” was born on 8th January, 1935 and died on 16th August, 1977. His place of birth was Tupelo Mississippi, United States. His place of death was Graceland, Memphis, Tennessee, United States. He got his first guitar at the age of 11.

      Career
      Elvis Presley was very successful in his career. His first breakthrough hit was “That’s All Right” . He worked hard and got a lot of success in early years of his career. He was a singer and musicians and he also worked as an actor in movies. In 1961 his song Can’t Help Falling in Love was released which got a lot of success and fame.Suspicious Minds in 1969 was another success due to which his fame and worth increased. Jailhouse Rock in 1957 was another successful release and there were many other songs which were liked and got a lot of success.

      His work in music and film industry was also admired and liked by people.
      He was the first rock-and-roll superstar. Elvis Presley sold more than one billion records, had about 149 songs on Billboard’s “Hot 100” Pop chart. he also starred in over 31 movies. He is in the Rock and Roll, Country Music, and Gospel Music Halls of Fame.



      Cause of death
      Elvis Presley died due to heart attack. It is also said that he was taking a drug and his heart attack may be linked with overdose or addiction of that drug. However he died due to heart attack at any early age when he was getting a lot of success and progress in his life and career. He made many new records in his career and worked well till his death. His home , Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee, is now a museum where fans gather for Elvis Presley week each August to celebrate the Icon.

      Quotes and explanations
      Elvis Presley made different types of quotes in his life. He was a success story and such successful people make quotes for others to share their life experiences so that others can also learn from them and work to get success.

      Truth is like the sun. You can shut it out for a time, but it ain’t goin’ away.
      This is a quote from Elvis Presley in which he is telling the importance of truth. Truth is important and it is bright and visible like a sun. Sometimes truth can be hidden but with the passage of time truth reveals itself and becomes prominent like a sun.
      It is important to speak truth and stand with the truth in every field of life as truth is the right path. With truth and right path it is possible for any person to get success in life. Hiding truth and seeking any wrong path will lead to failure in life.

      I don’t know anything about music. In my line you don’t have to.
      This is a quote from Elvis Presley in which he says that he is not aware of music. He is also saying that work hard in your field and do not waste your time in getting details. If you like to do a work then work hard in it and you will get success.
      Thinking very hard will waste time and increase confusion. You are just required to make selection of a field and then work hard in that field to get success. You are not needed to think about the origin and history and other things about your field.

      I never expected to be anybody important.
      This is a quote from Elvis Presley in which he says that he was not expecting such a success in his life when he started his career. This shows that he only worked hard with dedication and got success.
      He had no goals to come on the top in his career. His work and dedication can be checked through his career. Hard working is a key to success, in any field of life. If you can work hard then you can get success. Just put your efforts in your field and do justice with your work and in the end you will get good results.
