Charon is an elderly ferryman who ferried the souls of the dead through the rivers of the underworld to the place of their last resting. He transported souls only if all burial rites were properly served and for a fee in one obl. Before the funeral, the Greeks put a dead coin in their mouth so that he could pay off Charon.

Chimera is a fire-breathing monster with the head of a lion, the body of a goat and a snake tail. Spawn of Typhon and Echidna. She was killed by Bellerophon.

Cyclops are giant one-eyed creatures, the offspring of Uranus and Gaia.

Eurydice – the wife of Orpheus, fleeing the persecution of Aristeus, she was stung by a snake, died and descended into the underworld. Orpheus followed her and persuaded Hades to let her go with him. As a condition, Orpheus should not have looked back at Eurydice until they left the underworld. Orpheus violated this condition and lost his wife forever.

Euterpa is one of the muses, the patroness of flute playing and music.

Aegeus is one of the first kings of Athens and the father of Theseus. The Aegean Sea was named after him.

Aeneas is a Trojan hero, the son of Anchis and Aphrodite. His image is associated with the mythical foundation of Rome.

Erato is one of the muses, the patroness of love poetry.

Erinii – spirits of punishment and revenge, Erinii revenge for crimes against relatives. It was believed that they cause the criminal torment of conscience and remorse, which drive him crazy. Generations of Gaia and Uranus.

Eros is the god of love and fertility. In Athens, every fourth day of the month was dedicated to him. According to some legends, the son of Irida and Zephyr.

The echo is a nymph who distracted Heru with a conversation when she tried to follow Zeus. As punishment, Hera deprived Echo of normal speech and made it so that she could only repeat the words spoken by others. Echo fell in love with Narcissus, and when he rejected her, she withered, so that only her voice remained.

Jason is the son of King Eson, the leader of the Argonauts. Searched for the Golden Fleece in Calchid. He was killed by a fragment of the Argo ship that fell on him, under which he slept.
