Boko Haram is a group in northern Nigeria which is involved in different types of activities which are related with terrorism. They claim to be promoting Islam and Jihad and they are against government as they want them to be converted to Islam. Different types of activities like attacks on government people and department and kidnap of people is also done by this group.
Government in Nigeria is also claiming that they have eliminated this group but different types of activities are done from this group and they are not totally eliminated. Government is also claiming that Nigeria is a safe place for all people so that they can get attention from tourists.
There are threats related with robbery and other issues which are also similar with other countries of the world. Government in Nigeria is working to make sure that all types of issues could be resolved. It is also said that Boko Haram is getting funds and supplies from different sources due to which this group is getting strength and causing issues for the government.
Different fights have been done among the government and Boko Haram and a lot of destruction took place. However complete elimination of this group is not done so far and they are involved in different types of problems for government. It is also said that Boko Haram is trying to impose Islam in Nigeria by force.
This group is also against the studies of ladies in schools as they think that it is against rulings of Islam and the syllabus is not related with Islam. This group has also kidnapped different girls from school so that to impose pressure on government. Many such girls are also freed after some time period.
Government is trying to eliminate Boko Haram so that they can present Nigeria as a safe place. At present government is claiming that Nigeria is safe and routine issues are similar as with other countries as terrorists and other people who are working against government and laws are present in all parts of the world.
Government in Nigeria is claiming that Nigeria is as safe as any other country in the world. Government is active and working hard to make sure that issues of Boko Haram could be resolved. Boko Haram was founded in 2002 and its head quarters are situated in Nigeria.
This group is involved in different types of terrorist activities in Nigeria and surrounded areas. Mohammed Yusuf is the founder of Boko Haram and this group has a mission to make Nigeria a complete Islamic state. Boko Haram must use the method of preaching Islam to Nigeria so that they can follow it and understand it easily. Imposing Islam is not good and it is not going to work for benefits.
In past Islam spread when people see the real values in Islam. Muslims set their examples by their lives for others and they get impressed and followed Islam without any use of force. Boko Haram must also set examples through their lives and teachings to people in Nigeria which is a better method for spreading Islam without increasing hate and violence.
